Give us the title of a course you’ve recently developed. We’ll build the same course in hours — not weeks or months — and show it to you so you can compare the two courses side by side. No preparation required. Just tell us the subject.
Path 1
Knowledge Foundry Platform Access
For organizations that want to build their own programs faster — using Knowledge Foundry directly with their existing team.
Step 1 — Discovery Call
A focused conversation to understand your program types, subject areas, team structure, and delivery requirements. We confirm that Knowledge Foundry is the right fit and agree on a pilot scope.
Step 2 — Platform Onboarding
Your team is onboarded to the Knowledge Foundry platform. We configure the environment for your program types, frameworks, and review workflows. Your instructional designers and subject matter experts learn the process.
Step 3 — First Live Program
Your team builds and publishes your first program independently. Hamyar support is available throughout. Export to your existing LMS or deploy via KF LMS.
Step 4 — Ongoing
Your team operates the platform. Hamyar provides ongoing support, platform updates, and access to new capabilities as they become available. Annual platform fee plus per-program complexity-based fees.
Path 2
End-to-End Training Services
For organizations that want Hamyar to build, deliver, and manage their training programs — combining Knowledge Foundry program creation with KF LMS delivery in a single managed service.
Step 1 — Discovery and Scoping
We learn your subject areas, learner populations, regulatory requirements, and delivery constraints. We agree on which programs to build first, the delivery format, and the engagement model.
Step 2 — Framework Review
Hamyar builds the framework for your first program set. Your subject matter experts review the structure — what must be taught, in what order, assessed against what criteria — before any content is generated.
Step 3 — Program Production
Content is generated to match the approved framework. Your team reviews at the block level. Revisions are made. Programs are finalized and human-approved before anything goes to learners.
Step 4 — Delivery Setup
KF LMS is configured for your organization: course catalog, enrollment flows, payment processing (if applicable), learner communications, certification templates, and reporting dashboards.
Step 5 — Launch
Programs go live. Learners enroll. Progress is tracked. Certifications are issued. Your team has visibility into learner performance and program analytics.
Step 6 — Ongoing Management
Hamyar manages the platform, updates programs when content changes, builds new programs as your catalog grows, and reports on learner outcomes. Your team focuses on subject matter. Hamyar handles the rest.
